External walls
External walls of a building and all their parts must be designed and constructed in such a manner that during the exploitation of the building they may permanently provide the following:
- Protection against atmospheric precipitation and effects – rain, snow, penetration of wind, dust and polluted air
- Fire prevention – at designing and construction of a facade, the provisions of the Technical Norms of Fire Prevention in High Buildings must be observed
